heh...
went museum watching after taking a very long break... we decided to travel down to the National Archives after much procrasination... yes the National Archives... the home of America's Constitution and Bill of Rights...and yes the same one as shown in this movie!!!

Yes the one starring Nicholas Cage and Diane Kruger...unfortunately this time there was no Diane Kruger at all...hahaha but nevertheless it was indeed a grand place to visit. We were greeted at the Main Entrance with a very massive entrance.

We had to queue a bit as it was Thanksgiving weekend and everybody was bringing their families out around the National Mall. After a wait of about 15 mins, we were allowed to be security searched and so on. The queue that led to the Decleration Of Independence was long and as we approached it,
we were finally in the presence of history...200 plus years... it was nice and no there weren't any people trying to steal it unlike in the movie...
After that, we decided to take a walk down to Capitol Hill... it was a beautiful day despite it being cold. The reflecting pool (as the lake is called) in front of Capitol Hill was semi-frozen and the birds were all walking on it.. pretty nice...

Very Beautiful...

The Capitol and a very unphotogenic me :p

The Capitol... majestic and awesome...
